Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
Creating a catch-all mailbox will be extremely easy in case you have a cloud hosting plan with us. You can activate this feature through our advanced, yet simple-to-use Email Manager, which is included in the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll manage your shared hosting account. You’ll see all the mailboxes that you’ve set up listed alphabetically and on the right side of each of them there will be a small-size "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly notify you if a certain mailbox gets all the messages associated with a given domain name or not. With one mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable this option whenever you wish. In case there’s active email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a certain domain name, you will receive a warning message from our system. The latter will not disable/replace anything automatically and without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You will be able to configure a catch-all address with no more than one click in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting plan with us and your email messages are handled by our cloud web hosting platform. All the mailboxes that you set up using any domain name hosted in your account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. Each of them will have a small-size "Catch-all" icon on its right-hand side, so all it will take to enable this functionality will be to click on that icon. In the same way you’ll be able to turn off the feature, if you don’t need it any longer. Our system will let you know if you’re attempting to activate a second catch-all address for a given domain or if there is active email forwarding, but it will never modify or deactivate any feature automatically and without your consent.
